also just bought an $18 bag of quilt batting 45x60 inches or so arriving tomorrow thanks to amazon. kind of expensive for a small piece it is polyester. i read all the cotton reviews and i just gave up. it looks like most come apart when washed and you have a lump of cotton between the unquilted portions . i was thinking i should use instacart more if im lazy. i have to go to the dufferin fabricland before it shuts down for good everything is on discount clearance. they opened one on yonge and bloor which is so convenient so that dufferin one is closing. anyway that dufferin on transit is a bus ride and walking but its by highways in a really uncomfortable manner. busy highways, so uncomfortable to walk by. i dont have a car so i never go to the locations that are super far unless i live near them somehow like the dufferin one i was living in north york at the time.... those landlords havent paid me back yet. did you read about twitter having to sue the ADL some jewish defamation league, for defamation, on twitter? like wow guys these jewish people are getting way out of control if they want to remain as a whole person, just one jewish, just jew, they really need to step it up. like my old landlord is super uber jewish with 11 children im not sure if they were like amish people or something but they were like amish people or something totally lying through the skin of their teeth nodding their heads ..... in the end they refuse to return my damage deposit after threatening me so many fucking times about smoking inside the house and i wasnt smoking pot in the house whatsoever like one time i even tested it and knew those fucking kids were right at my door spying on me, depressing me, harassing me, i busted up, loudly, the stankiest weed i had bought in a while to ROLL a joint and i could hear them giddily gobbling up a single terp, one molecule of cannabinoid in their delicate spying little fucking noses... could literally hear them giggling and saying thats def weed lol, fucking annoying brady bunch looking all uniform wearing little fuckers.... constantly running up around forcing the little ones to stomp on top of my entire apartment when parents were not home, just miserable fucking children with nothing to do when at home, like honestly and vacuuming right first thing the girls would do in the morning after getting ready for their boring ass days ffs..... yeah i felt fucing tortured in the freezing cold basement with a broken kitchen window and sticky walls that pat and i painted first fucking thing he did, ew the walls in the kitchen were repulsive, only 1,300 i says though the laundry was 4 blocks away easy,  carpeted too with the most hideous flooring in the main room, all beige and browns and streaky looking and not shiny. just ew.  in the end they steal my last months rent because he demanded me to pay rent the month i was moving out and i gave them enough notice, they were fucking horrible traumatizing fucks that didnt pay me back, he demanded i pay rent on the last month i stayed, and i had painted the kitchen and one side of the main room. i also detail cleaned the bathroom and mopped the dingy cough inducing mildewey carpeted walls. and also detail cleaned the black mold on the venetian blind in the entrance window, which was completely filthy. as if i dont charge myself for what i do. i had to live there. their place from the looks of it, was meticulous. not sure why or how their rental was so affordable in comparison to the rest? hmm. with the money they stole they could have bought me a washer dryer and another month would have paid for carpet removal and linoleum or double paned windows, just no as if that plus what they did to me was what i deserved plus forcing me to pay a months rent on the month i was to leave, so what the fuck did i pay the damage deposit for? these fucking people thought it was ok, after literally renting the place with a fucking social worker explaining my condition and trauma regarding theft with a well written letter, plus albion housings crew coming to explain and get the lease etc holy fucking shit i even had the ministry of housing pay them directly, to which they did and accidentally over paid them because of how the housing costs are doled out by agency or department and not a the lump sum oh just fucking no. incredible trauma from these people like why show me your whole fam and say youre this without telling me you were like super poor . well i guess this is what i understood. but yo i asked the guy the landlord if they were ok for moneey- because he had my damage and no word of a lie said not a single word to me about the fucking gorgeous paint job pat did in that god awful kitchen, an indication of pure fuckery coming....... ugh so where was i, at a loss of $1,548 by the hands of a large fundamentalist jewish family of 11.... blatant thieves i felt my human rights were being flagrantly violated, bullied by children and stigmatized by adults about pot smoking is not what you want in a basement suite with no laundry in the middle of nowhere and a highway to cross daily.  

yeah so what am i going to make today. i hope something that makes me some money!!  ooooh maybe ill make stabby, my stuffed aromatherapy knife.  you just drip essential oils onto it and it smells good while you stab away at stuff! yeah! i wonder if i can use the black and white gingham for the knife part... what about the handle just plain black? i have polka dots but i think it would be too busy and both non black. yeah totally gonna make stabby today. been thinking about this project for a while.

today im smoking on maple pancakes by potluck. tastes just like original haze! yummy! got it at the ocs for like 40 a quarter so worth it though the convenience and its packaged cleanly no animal hairs.... 

 well that escalated rather slowly and abrubtly ended, with hopes.

so i found jacob in my real life facebook and a bunch of other tent people i dont know and a few people i did know, but worst of all was my autistic cousin luigi was there and im not sure how he got in there, he might have deactivated his account when i deleted everyone or whatever but i got really scared these trolls and influencers and propagandists might have been interacting with him. holy god hooooweee. so i told him its not safe and hope he deleted that creepy andrew jack copy cat troll that is very persistent. not sure what that is but that needs some assistance and might be just what the police and those ai people need to study. all that trolls account is fake filipino names making a mockery out of people all the comments and posts are vomit inducing and i think the troll is making my cousin sick. made me sick in less than one minute. so please can you make sure youre not feeling like you are being fooled to accept a slight because thats the worst kind of abuser and might last for years to a lifetime, very damaging, some kind of swamp creature licking at you under its fake skin of a reasonable looking humanoid. 

but the trolls. so i figured out or kind of understand the structure of what it felt like. 

it felt like someone was stealing the return on my word of mouth and original thought output online. these two sources i always usually got what i expected from the spin, mostly in different interpretations and never to my advantage except for getting the ideas across enough to be widespread enough that its legal and ok now. then it became some thing felt like it was chasing me around, a landlord who stole the identity of joe and was chasing me around town by denying me a place to live by discriminating against me cos of the nature of marijuana (/?) and at the same time housing me in strictly only the worst houses that no one else rented or wanted or were closed down due to rodents or pests, while robbing me of my health records showing that landlord (steve) in particular had given me sleep paralysis and nightmares because of his behaviour inside the house on manning, and other weird stuff when i was renting, then when i was homeless the drop ins started targeting me and shelters too, but they targeted me by my first name cos i dont think joe knows my name is michelle nicole. so it was a really strange paradigm where i used michelle as a first name and people who know me on paper use michelle, but if i met one of these plebs i would introduce that my name is nicole but michelle is fine, then the people that know me as nicole alone (this is where joe lay) and people i know from a long time ago who know my name is michelle and nicole but know me as nicole alone. really confusing for me at first but now i see why people would think i was lying about something. 

so who is joe? joe is an old cannabis shop keeper and grower from bc. i fell in love with him and he broke my heart and he took it back and offered to fly me out to come visit him but i said no and i literally never saw him again and regret it to this day.. fuckin cried about it and everything and i always felt that if i had gone out to go see him i wouldve ended up never suffering as much as i did throughout my time in canada on my own. like id totally be ok to have kids with a guy like joe. he was so responsible and quick to the task and never any hesitation after assured thought. i wouldnt even think about it with regards to responsibility but for loyalty cos i guess he was trying to make me jealous and i had just arrived to canada and i couldnt handle it cos i was badly traumatized when i arrived here and hadnt gotten over those things yet so it was too much humiliation to bare and i couldnt accept his offer which he gave the summer after we broke and i left him with some watermelon looking blonde. 

i still remember the first day i walked into that kitchen. reminds me of hey rosetta! "we made a pact" . just realized i looked up where his old shop was on commercial on this dinky creep wifi so if anyone says they know where it was and you doubt them its probably cos theyre creeping on me.

so im looking up aromatic chemicals and one of the ones presented to me, not something i searched literally was geranyl nitrile and i found on the good scents company the ifra is prohibiting this ingredient for perfume use but its being sold as a perfume ingredient. its been used on rats and rabbits when they force the animals large doses of this material until they die. so they know how toxic this ingredient is. yikes. this is the prohibiting body. so it looks like this patent for a plastic end piece for a tube packaged laundry detergent went through some revisions. perfume revisions. im not sure but have a look, its lol. client from hell you say? how bout perfume reformulations for plastic packaging specifications? axe body spray allergies causing anaphylactic shock and cant reveal formula you say?

the amount of scent you need to make something smell good when you whiff it from the bottle is how consumers buy things and that amount is HUGE and actually if you dilute it.... like hey ever buy a huge bottle of dish soap that your crazy bf uses up in two days ? but actually what you learned to do is dilute like a teaspoon in 2 cups of distilled water and use it for a week? i mean, wow lets just perfume the world via our kitchen and laundry sinks, only thing perfume making doesnt work that well this way. ive made so many weird combinations to know.

is this a nitrile form from geranium>????? i dont understand how this ingredient was made. why do they use geranyl as a name ? there are many geranyl ingredients that are natural isolates that are not toxic?

so basically you can get geranyl nitrile from a natural source and it could be called a distillate of an essential oil of lemongrass, but this isolate is a known irritant to freshwater fish and soil pollutant which would seep into fish. its got a lemony fresh odor, its similar to lemonile in name/term (which i have but havent used cos its so strong and theres a note of metal in it that i find offensive to my nose even at the smallest concentration- i was nudged by pk paulkiler in basenotes to check it out at a low concentration, even in traces, so i havent tried it in formula in trace yet, but im smelling the dilution that i would use to be able to use it in trace and i already find it offensive like you somehow smell metal on your skin and you think of tetanus)

ok so now what? one ingredient ill remember not to try to use based on the ifra ban which ill trust because i havent found the fish study. and i need to go outside and ship some items. and eat something. maybe ill have some fish. i dont know anymore.....

so far ive gotten some stuff done and i feel better about maybe succeeding in my life. now i might be able to remake the gardenia perfume tonight. i originally thought #1 had no magnolia leaf but it turns out that #2 was just number 1 with different ratios. I originally made the perfume with really wonky ratios that made the perfume have this dirty aspect to it. As if it was a bouquet by the roadside. With the second version all I did was round off the numbers and boost some of the flowers like extra rose de mai, more ylang and more gardenia, and a little bit more jasmine. It worked very well, and my dilution ratio was lower so it was stronger. I also used less magnolan. I noticed the other day when I spilled the #2 and wore it, that two days later I could still smell the magnolan on my sweater when I rewore it. Not only does it last all day, it might last a lifetime, hence sensitivity. I was thinking of making two versions of the perfumes that are mostly botanical ingredients. For example this one has musk ketone and magnolan, which are not naturally derived so the natural version I conceive will have no synthetically derived ingredients, but that would not include naturally sourced isolates like geraniol or farnesol. I'm not sure that will sit well with the purists though, so I also conceive I will have (finally) actual bona fide aromatherapy blends. In the future when I'm all better and on my own for a while with no external aggressors, I am positive I will be enjoying my product making once again, and I can't wait to share my joy with you.

ok so i resmelled the gardenia perfume #3 and its too much myraldyl acetate. like way too much. it took forever to mix in and i used it too fast., i think: i have this idea but its just asking someone who knows how this works: for the myraldyl of givaudan.

its too sweet and shimmery and top its almost like a holy ghost but its too much and it turned into a veil for the all the essential oils
maybe i can try it at like 10% or less, in trace, and prepepared, i used .01 part in the formula so its too high.

the first one had the #17 then the second one i made #17.2 then the 3rd one i effd up and used a peppermint bottle top cos lame and i changed the top but not before i noticed a slight change in the smell of the rose and i thought i was imagining things from the basenotes forum. it was the largest amount i made of the violet may trials, 30 ml perfume at 25% concentration, i used the last of my sandalwood so id go get more, its got more chamomille, it has no sandalore and ebanol (the sandalwood eo replaced these) i didnt use the violet accord from perfumers apprentice, used a higher amount of the #17.2 (now just #17) and its a lot of fun and  playing a game with your memory and making  mixtures you can name and use in another thing in the future, its very cool and fun. also science and science kit at home. cos confinement and corona virus.

bergamot tip !

im making a bergamot recreation and its already super realistic with 6 ingredients! just found 5 more to add in small amounts. im only using essential oils and its a lot of fun, like doing a puzzle or mind game, if you like those.... been making dilutions all day and im so glad i invested in 100 tiny bottles! .30 cents a piece is a small price to pay for the convenience of use! so many dilutions!
ive made a few formulas for other perfume ideas and some of the accords i made are turning out really well. if i didnt get that thanaka lime also known as persian lime (its those little black ones for food) which is citrus x latifolia (key lime and lemon) i wouldnt have been able to make this wonderful bergamot recreation!
some of the ingredients im using are
bitter orange (citrus x aurantium) respiratory, lemon (citrus limon), blood orange (citrus x sinensis), ...... woops ! dont want to give it all away! specially now that im getting better. at making perfume formulas. its like when you get that click in your head..all my years of reading and learning and smelling are now exploding and i kind of finally know what the heck im doing making these perfumes. so this one is all essential oils. if i get these oils as therapeutic grade this blend would be the best! cos its got so many other beneficial plants in it ... this blend would be great as an

oil and it will be my first experiment with roller bottles and making a "perfume oil" but actually its an aromatherapy blend... but dont tell anyone that! atomizer blend! its for my lungs, a stimulant, it will refresh your system (conceptually) im reading about the medicinal properties of the individual chemical constituents in the oils im using to "recreate bergamot" which has an interesting lineage! but i think calling it a perfume would be more chic. i think im going to call it Bergamot 41.... for my "original"  birthday creation. of course i had a little help along the way from all the little avatars on basenotes..... (a lot of help in the form of nudges i got from comments and posts and i would make mental notes while doing the work of smelling/memory and creation) if it works out its a simple accord and also a complicated formula. I got the lime to rework the cannabis accord actually.. wanted to try to make a bergamot with lemonile and triplal but will play with these maybe have a version with a.c.'s to add structure and longevity and strength.. and while trying to find out what triplal and lemonile was and how it could be bergamot, i ended up making a bergamot, 1, because i go a nature identical "essential oil" and a real one from the same vendor but drat could not find the bergamot, which has aired out. i did however have my old sample still and used it as a reference instead but have been using my suppliers analysis to recreate the bergamot. it would also be good as a tincture or super dilution as a flavouring there is ... ok i will give up more ingredients... hyssop (hyssopum officianalis and chamomile (chamomelum nobille) blood thinner which are beneficial  get so excited with dumb things i learn i want to tell everyone and find out what they know about it too. im such a doofus of course everyone hates this kind of behaviour. when i made the second version and smelled my last bergamot sample from new directions as a comparison i could not believe how accurate my choices were!!! of course it needed fleshing out but wow! ive never done this before picture me on the sofa on the coffee table all these bottles everywhere sniffing one palm then the other giggling with glee and shock (the bergamot from new directions was inexpensive though, do you think it was diluted, the sample on wikipedia is green almost like olive and ive never bought one like that) (i wondered if after all the good stuff was done how many more passes ethyl alcohol will have on the pressed peels) interesting bit is learning about the history of lime, which originated from a philippine citrus, from the south, not for food use but rather cosmetic in use due to its use as a shampoo (the citric acid i suppose closes the hair shaft, cleanses the scalp, and makes the hair very shiny and the oil makes the hair fragrant) it might have also coloured the hair to orange or lighter brown because of the high bergapten in the oil. which is photosensitive, then down the line as the fruit was passed along as a gift- because it would have been rather precious to tend to a live plant across the ocean if they were just using huge galleons at the time. . .i guess they brought seeds but the live plant as a gift is def the way to go and totally believeable because why import a plant that has no nutritional value (oh wait..scurvy)  at some point this lime was crossed with lemon to make the key lime probably adding more pulp as described in wiki, then this fruit was paired with the bitter orange to make bergamot . . . the rest is history !-- ok wait im a bit confused here. so citrus micrantha is bred citrus limon and then with bitter orange to make bergamot. in world war 2 italy was banned from exporting bergamot by the allied forces (united nations) to tone down their aggression during the war so other countries took over the bergamot trade for a while using sweet limes from brazil so the smell is not the same which is why (maybe) there are two bergamot oils. the original one and the fake one. and also to note bergamot oil i guess is classified as a fragrance oil because it was bred for cosmetic use. isnt that a weird spin.  there isnt much study on the medicinal effects of bergamot as of 2017. the poison is the dose is why the original limes were small and had not much juice. the strength of the scent carried it through and its origin was not lost because the fragrance could be traced. much like language and genes.

these are new from botanic universe. the absolutes are not concretes so they have been extracted from the concrete with ethyl alcohol and are mobile and do not need a bain marie. i have not verified these oils and consider them cosmetic grade cos what do i know. there are gcms documents on some essential oils on their site (ex rosemary spain) i put an asterisk on my favorite ones that i used right away and a % on those that need to be learned/heavily diluted.

DIY Hydrogel Mask: Strawberry

I've come up with a new facial!!!!!
I LOVE IT !!!!
it's so tasty.

check it out
all you need is
Spring water
2-3 large strawberries
a spoonful of honey
half a teaspoon of sugar
and
a squeeze of lime (optional)

Slice the strawberries very thinly, leaving the centers intact.
Drizzle with honey and leave until the juice is released from the cellular matrix.
Squeeze a bit of lime into the mixture.
Slip a slice from the glass and drip the excess juice, then apply the strawberry onto your face.
Repeat until your face is covered. Pay attention to your forehead, around your eyes and mouth.
Leave on for 15-20 minutes then remove strawberries.
With clean fingertips, massage your face in tiny circular motions, until all the liquid is absorbed and the honey starts to become sticky again.
Lightly rinse your face with spring water and pat dry.
Feel the suppleness, the smoothness! Your face is now moisturized and nourished with vitamins and minerals.
 The fruit (malic) acid of the strawberry and the (citric) acid of the lime, plus the (glycolic) acid of the sugar, enhances product absorption and promotes blood flow, collagen production, as well as skin brightening from exfoliation and the inherent properties of the acids. You can now apply your favorite precious oil or moisturizer because your skin is primed and ready to face the day. Also you can lick your lips as the juice drips and it is delicious.

Tip: (Optional) adding probiotic yogurt will add lactic acid which is another alpha hydroxy acid that enhances the appearance of your skin.

When I did this mask the other day I actually got the idea from my strawberry lime juice. I was washing my thermos and the slices of strawberry had all lost their colour. I was using a coconut soap block for the dishes cos I didnt have anymore dish soap or the will or the extra dollar to buy it, so after washing a huge load of dishes with no gloves and hot water my hands were feeling pretty dry...then came the thermos and me scooping out the strawberry slices and thats when I noticed the amazing moisturizing properties of the fruit and sugar mixture. Then I started playing with the gloop and noticed hey this stuff is really slippery and omg it sticks to my hand then I was totally not doing the dishes anymore and just playing with water and strawberry goop.

So basically what Im trying to say is to make a hydrogel mask with actual gel like strawberries you have to make a large strawberry lime juice and use those strawberries because those ones have a more gelatinous texture. BUT if you want a nice acidic exfoliant mask you can follow the above instructions. After the mask (above) I did notice a slight tingling around my face and for a minute there thought, oh my god my face is coming off but then I went to the washroom and patted my cheeks while looking into the mirror and saw my skin and was like oh this is fine.

this is the original strawberry juice idea in my notebook after i come up with an idea i try to jot it down as quickly as possible before i forget. so many lost brilliant ideas. sigh.

The fragrance I used is a mixture of Lilac fragrance and naturals.

There are a couple formulations so there are two distinct labels.

This soap has aroma molecules blended to smell like Lilac, and natural isolates to enhance the fragrance and longevity of scent.

This formula contains coumarin, a natural isolate, also known as Tonka Bean. Smells sweet and nice. Since this is a restricted ingredient in the fragrance industry you are meant to label it if it is above 100 ppm for rinse off products (.01% for rinse off and .001% for leave on products) so the ingredient is listed because it is at .125% .06% for this Lilac fragrance blend I made for this batch of soap (this is why lot numbers are essential for cosmetic labeling) and also for those obsessed with this scent. Scalp Tonic!
Been working on research regarding the scalp tonic. A lot of the essential oils need high percentages for them to work as referenced in the studies. So I was going to make two versions, the aromatherapy version which might not smell like a perfume at all, and a daily scalp tonic which would be the one that smells better.

Original blend:
12 rosemary - aids penetration
07 lav - aids synergy
04 mint - circulatory stimulation
02 geranium - hormone balancing
01 neroli - pore tightening

I would like to add the following oils in a pleasing way.
sicilian lemon - antibacterial
magnolia leaf - antifungal
frankincense - wound healing
thyme - anti bacterial
marjoram - anti bacterial
ravensara - anti viral
cedar atlas - sebum control
vetiver - yeast control

Aroma chems:
sandalore - hair growth- only needs .005% to work
farnesol - anti bacterial

Made a recent blend with all the additional oils on a trace of sandalore and farnesol, only denatured alcohol and water. It smells … ok, it smells like an aromatherapy blend, I can still smell the original blend, sweet, juicy and herbal mint. The most interesting part is how it regulates my circadian rhythm when I apply it at night before bed. Its happened by coincidence so many times that I think it actually works. I spray the mixture directly on my scalp and rub it in with my fingertips. There is a slight cooling action from evaporation and eventually the peppermint. When applied before bed at around 10-12 midnight, I wake up at the crack of dawn, naturally, without fail. Its mildly annoying! When not used I wake up much later in the morning, and usually get up frequently at night. So i’m not sure what’s worse!

Would like to make this into an aromatic perfume somehow. Any suggestions? At some point I was hoping to make this a finished product for sale. So far all I have is negative income from all of my research and experimenting. What an expensive "hobby"!

damn it to hell my lotion smells like dill and cucumbers, a sea of cucumbers by bath and body works is what my friend said and i wanted to throw it away. whatever. he was using axe products when i met him. anyway i made a simple fresh amber perfume and got to smell it again today, thank god i wrote the formula down because i love it and want to repeat it. though, without the lavender alcohol i made it might not smell the same. so there are variations.
it smells of vanilla, sandalwood, musk, lavender extract, and heliotrope. the lavender alcohol i made, its green, and it smells of hay and dried grass and lavender. the amber perfume is very nice and mild and natural smelling even though its mostly aroma chems in the lavender alcohol as a base.  still going to make an amber using essential oils only. labdanum, im almost out and want to try it from a different supplier to get a better sense of it. and vetiver, sandalwood and benzoin. im dreaming of it because i made something similar and the smell was amazing resinous and balsamic but im not sure if i have a good handle on what balsamic smells like. or resinous for that matter. the vetiver from botanic planet is so good it smells like a perfume on its own. just amazing. and the magnolia leaf in low dilution was like how farnesol smells in trace. i made a .01 in 10 grams and it smells similar to isobutavan, to me, it has a vanilla cream aspect to it. im not sure though since i only have so few chemicals to smell. mostly im super impressed with learning the ratios of using the essentials oils when i look up demo formulas in the good scents company, like this recent chypre i copied. ive been using these oils for years now but never figured out the concentrations for example petitgrain, i would never use it higher than other oils or corriander seed which i recently bought but havent used much due to its strength, i wouldnt pair it at the same ratio of anything but in the chypre formula i copied from good scents the ratios of these strong materials is very high, same with the galbanum, such a strong material, but the smell is great in this formula, i can tell how much i over dosed based on the formula (tweaked the ratios as well as made lots of substitution) and im just really glad i found this new hobby to learn how to use the essential oils as perfume. most of the perfumes im making could be all essential oils if i could afford them because these chemicals are really strange, for example farnesol has a anti fugal activity ? or is it anti bacterial, on a certain organism. on human skin. i do not remember the concentration because i dont think i read the entire study, but i do remember the sandalore concentration and its something like .005 lol. really miniscule. that was the concentration in the cream preparation or what did they use to apply it, on the skin, for the sensors to sense the chemical in its atmosphere to stimulate a growth stage of hairs. they dissected mice for this. there are close up pictures of the mice hairs sliced ala damien hurst, growing. pretty intense. im not sure if the study detailed humans? now that im recalling the horror of reading this study just to prove science, im getting rather ill and wonder if it was actually the sandalore study. oh man to be a mouse in a little test zone...oh wait. .
so i was going to rereate the amber perfume but i should buy pipettes. the tiny sample bottles are wasted with little drips around the rims when i use a toothpick to guide the drops, so inaccurate as well. all my formulas since i stopped reusing droppers have been pure luck or misfortune, for example the galbanum overdose. ugh. . .
because i wonder what the smoking violets perfume would smell like with an amber base. havent even finished my design for the label.  did housekeeping today and have some money to buy supplies even though i shouldnt because its not what i should be doing. woops. so greedy vs reality. but single use droppers are absolutely essential ever since my black agar and smelled like it had cassis. ugh.. also found a low cost .001 scale with the auto shut off feature shut offable.
ahh im just touching my hands that were over dry but now totally smoothed over from using the lotion. an amber lotion would be choice! now that i know how to make a fluffy and creamy lotion, this is the formula i wanted for the smoking violets lotion. just hadnt made it yet, and still havent because i made the formula in my head as it was coming along and it was over 100% hmmm also the lotion has some ethanol in it and i could feel it on my over dry skin the first time i put it on, it was like yeow, same thing when i put it on my face, around my nose, it stung yikes, but wow on my hands it was super stingy but worth it i guess because my hands cured super fast and the skin smoothed over. and it doesnt sting when i use it anymore. there was broken / dry skin so it stung. much like when i used the lavender alcohol diluted on over dry plus lye fume burned hands. for the lotion i used .10 of sodium lactate and 2% ipm and 2% dimethicone as recommended in swifts lotions, 78% water so its really fluffy with mostly peach kernel oil. ahhh im so pleased and want that amber lotion! im lucky to have these comforts. oh yeah actually i fudged when my bank was locked i was in the middle of supply shopping and actually i had some preservatives in a bought cart i couldnt pay for. my preservative is all clumpy and done. i should have added it to glycerine or something, i have some in peg 400 but no one uses that stuff topically. and i have the phenoxyethanol and caprylyl glycol stuff but its not antifungal. sighing til diy'ing. oh yeah and i forgot about my new use for xylitol. hey wheres my lame go fund me <<<<< insert link hither

perfuming lotions

Lotion!
made a lotion last night its so nice. with peach kernel oil, pumpkin seed, almond oil, it has silicone and ipm and custom perfume blends.
watery thick and scented lightly and non obtrusively, my fave
made 200 grams (two scents) and made this accord i thought is like
dirty white petal - creamy green - watery
its got hyacinth, and magnolan and magnolia leaf essential oil, green notes like undercavertol, and creamy watery green like trace of farnesol, and i cant remember the rest... heliotropex n, and isobutavan, oh yeah
its linear and clean and i don't really know what im doing but matching scents i like to compile for a perfume.
for the other bottle its the leather green chypre with .06 too much galbanum, so i added bergamot and amyris and extra clearwood and juniper berry and spruce. its also got petitgrain, copied a recipe found in the good scents for a chypre but with loads of substitutions for the aroma chems and some essential oils i dont have anymore like fir needle, don't think i ever had it, subbed it with juniper berry and spruce and was going to add borneol crystal but didn't. used veramoss and treemoss and oakmoss and the leather accord with castoreum, lots of Sicilian lemon oil, and lemonile, a very tiny amount, so i think it turned into a woody colognpre. it started as an airy ozone (too)green leather chypre ?it has coriander seed, Virginia cedar wood, and a rose blend with triplal and other green notes, bergamot as top, sandalwood ebanol combo (oh i did not add musk ketone) its also got green coffee oil which i think is gone bad already (so sad wth) or i need to change the container. ugh. those plastic droppers are killer. and it also has tobacco. it hasn't developed and i will try to make it again because my recipe vs my reality was most inaccurate. lol. no pipettes imagine that.
In the lotion the colognpre will have to wait on its second opinion. Meanwhile I'm enjoying mine and will try it as an after shower full body lotion.

New Soaps

hey i realize now i cut the soaps too early.
this is a 250 gram total custom bar,

scented with the basic fougere, essential oils and veramoss and coumarin wow it smells Amazing!!!

 This is the oranger crystal fisco, turned into a bunch of tom thompsons. go figure. scented with the stationary scent (gotta call it something else now) my first synthetics only fragrance smells quite edible and cosmetic
(its now slowly turning darker beige / tan)

some glycerin soaps i made with no recipe - the purple one is sooooo great mild and bubbly great for my hands while working on the projects i always have to wash and my terrible habit of cutting and usng the soap too early sometimes causes my hands to get extremely dried up so these glycerin soaps i make are now my fave for right away use. these and the liquid soap. oh yeah ive made two different liquid soaps!

this is the lava soap made of african black soap and coconut oil soap and activated charcoal (its the one that i tried to make look like lava) (actually it was an accident and i went with it) there are 3 but this was the most artistic one

strawberry pinq soap !


this was a shea butter addition soap with a lavender alcohol bottom (that line on the bottom of darker soap is the most clear and lovely soap) but i didnt temper the batch or something so the shea butter was grainy and it didnt lather that much and it smelled weird i didnt scent it or scented it strange (which happens frequently i use a weird perfume as a soap fragrance because most times the weirdness disappears and its a nice smell but this was not one of those times)

 this is rose swirl im not sure if they look grotesque or not. im just gonna say they dont, to save my feelings.

 these are fresh lilac bars they smell great, heady, lilac, floral, not for those who dislike flower scents, this is that classic lilac scent

these are my *favorite* but i hacked the loaf very badly and all the bars are unevenly cut (so sad) these soaps were measured perfectly and theyve cured to perfection,,,,,the scent of blackberries and violet leaf this soap is divine

these are lack lye fiasco bars that finally cured into the mildest full of glycerin bars, and they are quite large, much larger than all the rest at 750 divided by 3 (250 grams per bar)

these are little tiny soaps made into a bigger tiny soap. they are shards of mainly glycerin soap trials and colouring experiments and they are super adorable i love the colours. they are made using ice cube molds.

 

these are the strawberry soaps so cute i made them spur of the moment in a burst of creative energy (but according to camh thats called mania and needs to medicated with sedation drugs? )

 these are glycerin bars that took forever to cure - too long to cure actually
they smell ok, not my fave but i love the colour, i havent tried them, i think they are super mild though i wonder about how bubbly they are!

 

this is a new process i came up with that makes the cold process soap more translucent, i called this soap happy soap and i created a lemon verbena like scent for it.

this is another glycerin soap same time i made the aqua one. its SUPER bubbly !!!! but not very clear at all. you can tell its got a different texture and it smells nice. it should smell like grapes but it smells like something sweet.

 there are also loads of soap blocks which i havent taken pictures of. im trying to batch some lye but its taken me 4 days i havent done it yet i am very distracted with trauma stress right now (no weed) and no food (hungry and cant think clearly)
