rhinestone piece inspired by current joys

 i got traded this light so now i can take pics of the costume jewelry at night. im actually super excited because i got my stash of vintage gold plate filigree / brass / stainless steel plated cameo settings so i plan on putting all the cameos set into these settings and like have chains and other things so people can just buy what they want and make their own cluster piece. meanwhile i put up some of the 1940s charms on the big cartel site. the ladder is so cute. i have a bunch of the hearts and the shell lockets i think i can reorder from new york so im not too stressed on that but i doubt ill ever find another ladder again. there are so many more too, a chair, a brass shoe, a wishing well im keeping, opera glasses, a hot sexy frigid meter, a carriage, hmmm what else... oh a windmill, and a carosel and a rollerskate

made a rhinestone necklace kind of , still trying to figure out how to space the letters. i have soldered the fuck off necklace bails directly onto the herringbone but its super bad and i might have to try again.

actually dedicated my efforts on the fuck off necklace to nick rattigan the singer song writer of current joys. i have listened to counless songs on repeat and have loved so many and they were all for "free" i used youtube to listen to music which is dumb i should get a music streaming account but all my history is on youtube anyway i think i did make a merged account somewhere but i dont remember where was it spotify that has that merge account info?

anyway to nick rattigan my fuck off necklace inspired by a photo of his where he is giving the finger. i got the stones already they are metallic dark blue and ill be setting them later. its so much easier having the jewelry as hobby pace as opposed to making rent. so its almost done but i want to reattach the letters or just have them dangle and use spacers like a bead or something. i have these plastic filigree beads but the colours are aqua lime and white.  ill plate the whole thing gold or rhodium or silver i dont know actually..  the lady said as long as they were swarovski crystals they would be ok because likely the backing on the stones will corrode like the green ones backing is already coming off and its silver but im plating it gold so im not sure if it will change the hue of the green and besides i didnt get enough i only ordered one and it came with 16 but you need like 18 so thats why i used the freebie blue crystals for the bottom of the g. its kulang......might sell this first high necklace as is unplated for 30 or 59.99 plated but im likely keeping it and will try again. 

i also made a little cancer ribbon and thought of making a fuck cancer necklace but thats so strong.

also check this out gucci has a name necklace and its letters hanging off the chain with a bead capped pearl interspacing the inner letters. there are also other designer pieces with rhinestones and soldering so im stoked and hope to get better at soldering. costume jewelry is a lot of fun just like loud perfumes. 

anyway i hope people dont get too triggered by my fuck off necklace lol
