soap boxes!

ive made some new ones! so almost all the soaps listed online have a box, except the lava rock and the pear and orris. that box/mold is cardboard so im not sure if i should make it again.

PINQ STRAWBERRY

new soap

pink clay and a touch of shea with 

a fruity floral rose reminiscent of 

strawberries, ylang ylang and wine

messed up closing photoshop before shut down last night and lost the layers so got to do the cover again
but ahhhh how satisfying
also need to get paper
this paper is no good for the ink
 not sure how it smelled so strongly of strawberries but now a few days later the open bars are just starting to smell like rose again....this one packaged last night has brought the stawberry scent back.
i didnt measure the oils when making the scent so i lost the recipe...this soap loaf is the only one!

Cream Picnic

oh the buttery soap is kind of fail because i moved it while it was hot and molten so now its got glycerin rivers. drat.
anyway i made a nice package (two last pieces of found paper. i think im keeping one print out for the kitchen. doesnt it look adorable.

The smell is strong and nice but I wonder how long it will last!! I'm using an essential oil blended with distillates and it is Strong. didnt put fixative,,, its just a simple coconut oil toilette soap. Also pretty for the washroom cabinet (for scenting the cabinet....or at least until the smell doesn't fade)

 Still not sure if I can sell these though, are they ready? Wanted to get the alkalinity testing dye. I always try a cutting right after i make them and my hands always get dried out. I want to make sure my soaps are safe. I have sensitive skin and know for a fact the older soaps are milder. Have problems with freshly made coconut oil soaps (showering everyday, the bar of soap directly onto my skin)

I want to make the cream soap posted by Evik at some point. Ahh. There was a creamy dreamy oat thingy by lush left by a roommate and it smells awful. also saw a youtube video of their factory and kind of gagged. I think there was real avocado in one of the ingredients in one of the factory made products.... so im not really sure which is better. the soap kitchen or their avocado.

actually it does look like a two humped camel with a crescent moon .... if you squint your eyes you can see the camel as the chair and fabric
