to rbc regarding their currently employed criminal staff

 i wrote this strongly worded letter to rbc’s accessibility initiative. do you want to read it? check it out below:

hello RBC accessibility I am a disabled woman in Toronto. My disability is not inherently visible. It is an schizo affective disorder meaning I have a serious mood disorder that alters my normal waking state to at times, if triggered badly enough can cause me to go non verbal and lost in the non human environment. it can take me a while to come back. this is my disability and i am bringing it up because i received absolutely the worst behaviour today from three of your staff members in succession. i have a serious concern regarding my account. there had been money removed from my account without any transaction reflecting this. also there appeared to be other irregularities in my chequing transactions. they were not chronologically ordered and money had literally vanished from my account. another telling feature of this hack or confidence scam acted by your staff was that the nomi find and save had vanished completely. this had happened many times before but i ignored it and anyway nomi would come back and have the money again. today i had phoned the service line and unfortunatwly i experienced something that is exactly text book classification DDoS. your staffs handling the voice bot prompts were not only completely ineffectual they were also insultingly repetitive in their failure to address anything i said. when i finally got to a service agent- i went through three of them, not a single one of them patched me through to security. this was repeated no less than three times with a very similar sounding staff. your staff cannot speak english, they do not listen, interrupt the client while talking, and forcibly insist that what they are saying is accurate and that it was me that got them wrong, that it was me who was not listening. then the one in particular started to gaslight me after i had on her request, deleted the app i had and installed the one she sent me on email. the app download was already hugely problematic. the update it brought carried completely wrong amounts for every transaction that was already not ordered in the right manner. 
at that point over five hundred dollars was missing from my account and it was only the balance amounts that changed and some transactions were added as well. this is a serious cause for major concern. and then the service agents refused to patch me through to security. this was a complete Distributed Denial of Service. this is a common malicious action acted upon by threat actors. your staff is not only unprofessional they are insidious and malicious towards disabled people. i have heard of other disabled people missing money from their accounts and are unable to access any support or help. evident in my calls to service was this glaring fact of colluding female staff ganging up on a disabled woman in order to steal her disability pension. i do not know how long these staff have been skimming my accounts. i now have visa debit card transactions that i did not authorize because i cancelled the card due to irregular transactions that i did not make. it appears your staff ordered a new card and started using it in my account or have added it to my account and now i have transactions that are using a new visa debit card that i didnt order. this is crazy dangerous and completely no. what happened to your bank? i will be switching after i make yet another call to malicious agents. it is impossible to get through to security. they simply do not transfer the call and then they hang up. this repeated itself three times. its totally unbelievable how your bank has allowed this to happen to disabled people. you could get sued and you would definitely lose. these women are guilty of theft and they cannot speak english well enough to respond or even listen accurately. there are free english classes available and also there are tutors that remove foreign accents that make their extremely basic english incomprehensible. and they know exactly what they are doing. your bank is now starting to become known for stealing money from disabled people and the absolute text book examples of the distributed denial of service targeting the disabled is beyond harmful to canadians who have every right to good service from the bank they maintain. i do not know how else to communicate the gravity of this dire situation you are now in due to badly chosen unqualified criminal staff. my money is still missing. these women alter the account. they should not be able to alter amounts already posted, even more so they cannot be allowed to add transactions that do not exist on the other end. one of them claimed that a wealthsimple transaction for $60 had occurred- an easy double check, of course found it to be completely false as well as me having zero memory of ever making the transaction. this line of abuse continued until the woman just hung up. im not sure if you know this but there are excellent canadian h.r. agents out there that are looking for gainful employment, and i do not mean gainful by theft of client money. i am going to need to schedule an appointment at the branch because i am denied service by the theives working for you. they receive a salary and steal disability money from disabled pensions. i feel totally raped and violated by these disgusting displays of absolute superiority paired with a total lack of any form of competence. they cannot even listen properly with out talking over the client. they were horrible i am mortified i want to call the damn police. that is how seriously injured i feel because of the financial abuse i just experienced. do mot allow these women to ever work again! you must write a truthful recommendation against hiring them in the future. they are thieves. plain and simple. completely robbed at best, god knows how long they have been doing this. and to how many people. i think i should call the cbc news or some other media outlet and bring this to exposé. not all disabled peoples have visible disabilities. when the disability is about brain function and what causes it to malfunction, that is very invisible. because i have a serious mood disorder i cannot be triggered by unprofessional thieves posing as ineffectual service agents. it has caused me to fall into a very black mood and my head is literally very painful. the back and top of my brain is burning on fire and rather painful. the indignity of having to go through such crime whilst calling for service at your bank is enough to make anyone go crazy. these women did it on purpose and exacerbated my pre existing mental health conditions that are posted on my account as disability pension being the source of income. did your staff go through sensitivity training? they played hooky and it seems like they went to confidence scam school instead. this is unacceptable for a bank to conduct its business through women like this. all of them were absolutely unprofessional and damaging to my psyche with gaslighting techniques meant to frustrate me in order for them to facilitate an atmosphere of superiority and self importance. they all refused to listen and none of them patched me through to security. now my account is i. complete danger of being drained by your malicious staff who apparently constantly alter the posted transactions. do not let this happen again. these people are not ready or able to integrate and in fact have only damaged canadian security, stability, and public trust. i am so sad, alarmed, and extremely disappointed in your hiring of these types of women. they are colluding and steal money. you are a bank. they are targeting disabled people. this is all illegal and cause for arrest. 

i will be coming to the bank tomorrow. this is absolutely mortifying and very difficult for me to even consider because my mind has been shattered maliciously. i am requesting accessibility for my disability which to say is that i cannot be threatened by these criminals again. i meed to speak to a natural english speaker. they know exactly what they are doing. i feel nauseous. 
see you later because i already know they have altered my accounts again. i fear they will spend all the money and all the credit and make it out to be my fault.
