Mini Coin Purse Keychain

So cute! gah
I bought these little purse clasps a long while ago but only made this recently. It's so cute...... hehe it would make the cutest bag for one of my Blythe dolls....

i woke up really early today. like maybe 6:30 and it looked like this:

you could see the shadow of the moon it was too cool...watching it fade....

made some its your life tags! i bought thses vintage brass charms on etsy and used the stamp alvaroo got me to make a set of tags! what work jeez! oxidized, sanded and lacquered and so nice! i did them at night though so i think i couldve sanded some of them a bit more but mostly they are i think perfect.

i stamped the inside of this vintage brass "my diary" charm i oxidized and lacquered first but you can still see the stamp, though the 'its' part isnt as clear.

ohhhh  check out this vintage trim i found at the fabric shop near my hauz.... i totally bought out the retro dot trim it was like .39 cents a meter!!! its soo cute and cottony i think ill make a trim pouch... like is used to...and the bongga geo tribal shiz i thought of jodee

I couldnt believe I found the cameos again.. and other pieces.. it was kinda late. I totally slacked and forgot to coordinate and get my stuff to Virgin Marys from the last fair!! But theres some stuff there now.

Mermaid and Pirate Ship Locket Necklace

this necklace features a mermaid, a ship cameo and a mini skull locket!
the mermaid charm is so detailed... she is plying with her hair while looking at herself in the mirror.

the miniature locket and mermaid charm have been oxidized, finished and varnished by moi.

classic necklace designs

this vintage cameo and filigree with chain tassel pendant i assembled is so pretty. when i made it i thought it was familiar to me somehow.
the glass beads match perfectly with the cameo. pretty wonderful considering they are from totally different eras! i wonder if they made the beads match this color. i saw once an old jewelry making supply catalogue scanned online and it had this exact cameo in it. from the 50s or 60s i think.


this round locket necklace is totally cool. simple and beautifully decorated. the figaro chain give a little texture to the neckline. the large 30mm round locket is a good size to make a noticed understatement ;D it rests above the breast, on the chest, for a dramatic yet casual style.
looks great with strapless tops, chiffon and silky type blouses, round neck sweaters, t-shirts... its a pretty versatile piece. definite wardrobe staple.

smokey quartz, mermaid, vintage ship cameo and compass necklace

im in love this design :D the varying shades of the natural smokey quartz beads and their slight difference in size with the two fluted glass beads makes the bead chain look tattered, chunky and uneven and raw and natural. should probly have taken a pic on plain white to show the shades of gray. chose the smokey quartz to go with the gray of the rare vintage western german glass cameo. the mermaid charm has been oxidized, sanded and varnished, like the charm on the back of the compass.


so its in my shop. am going to just give up on trying to compartmentalize where i put what stuff where and for how much. its causing me undue stress ha ha. i marked down my etsy sample sale necklaces. the ones ill put in my shop and have in stores are retail though.

ok ive uploaded 3 new designs to my online shop. i figured the etsy sample sale section isnt really working. well, i sold one necklace and have a pretty good clue as to which ones people like now, but i might as well just put em into my shop. duh. maybe ill have some on etsy too. idk.

ok so here are the designs:

this one needs a new title!!! 'the freedom bird cage necklace' sounds long and weird.
mabe something shorter. like bird cage flight. or something. yeah...


this is a new design... the only one, cos i dont have any more of these tea stained roses... i dont knw if it translates on screen, but its crazy pretty in real life...

this is such a cute owl locket necklace. i have oxidized the wicked brass box chain, locket and mini owl to a perfect antique finish.


cameo lockets with gemstones! so pretty and feminine without being too girly.
this one features a vintage blue roses cameo and blue amazonite gemstone beads.


this one has the sweetest vintage holly hobbie cameo and green adventurine gemstone beads...


then i made these double set vintage postage stamp necklaces. i think they are so nice. the illustrations on the stamps are perfect. these are all one of a kind. the stamps are encased in a vintage beveled plastic.

this one is of a green viking type ship stamp, and i have added a vintage mini locket which i affixed a skull and a brass sailboat charm. the charms have been hand oxidized for a nice antique finish.


this ones got this weird character that looks wicked. i thought its red and green colors were appropriate for the up coming christmas season gift ideas.


this ones a lovely peachy princess wishing at a well...


then there is this set of 3 beaded vintage cameo pieces. i used Czech Renaissance beads. the beads are gorgeous and have a lovely luster to them.
this one is of a lady in waiting... pinkish rose gold beads


here the lady found a gent and they chat about oh dogs and poems and plays and parties, the girl loves it...
the color if the beads are this darkish greenish blueis with a luster and some kind of mottled spots...


here they are already in a loving embrace, or rather the dude is all up on her..
here the beads are purple but look bronze due to the luster, such a nice sheen...

im going to take more pics today. trying to keep making stuff. kind of unsuccessful.
im turning 30 in a just few weeks. hold me, i am scared. but what i really have to do is redo the descriptions on some of the stuff, and finish the listings measurements.
