||| three things you do everyday |||

hmmmm.... what are three things you do everyday? wake up, pee, breathe? not those things, things you do. i don't want to share mine because they are awful and unhealthy. i must do the discipline thing. simon told me, a long time ago, to be disciplined in anything you have to have to do one thing everyday{toward your goal}
he would do crazy things everyday towards goals he would achieve and then he would find another goal to achieve. so great. sometimes my goals seem too unacheivable because i cannot manage to find the discipline to stick to the idea of focus. and anxiety, and fatigue, which can be changed with diet, which is another form of discipline. so its really hard to focus! oh wait... see i just said that. so this is the holistic approach.
just sticking to a diet plan. i choose an alkaline diet to balance my entire bodies pH back up to 7.45 and go from there. so many things wrong with me. too thin hair really causing me more stress so the diet must be adhered to so enjoying always eating the rice and the popcorn and the chips and all the dairy and meats and eggs and grains and instant novel space age designed food and sweet things... and all the other pleasures of life causing so much imbalance in my physical body which is really messing with my mind and of course the always impending money making for cash for basic goods. the holistic approach is great for me because it makes the most sense to me, in my heart and how i feel about everything i learned about right and wrong through experience and education. diet, which is one of easiest choices to make because one dollar can buy you a whole fruit/s vegetable that you can eat raw and nourish you or less than the smallest bag of chips which does nothing in fact damages the body and the environment from its packaging. its awful to live with this knowledge. it makes life such a tedious series of choices but the blame is based on the consumer. if we all never bought instant food and chips in unrecycable packaging we as a species would be healthier and the world would benefit from the lack of pollution and cut corners for the instant appeal. i love instant food and chips. its so awful! oh man. you know what i appreciated in manila they have completely gotten rid of all plastic bags in groceries and shops, it was all paper bags i was so amazed at the change, and not a single cigarette butt on the street? it was bewildering. still completely over crowded and rotting but less trash.
ok this is going way off tangent. but the main point is

  • stick to a good diet plan
  • keep your place tidy and clean and comfortable
  • work towards a goal that enables a financial freedom based on your personal passions
and that is my holistic approach to working towards a disciplined self. still working on it ;)
