worst thing happened

I had a serious pain yesterday last night and this morning but the pharmacy from the hospital move the prescription to main drug Mart 2 km away so I'm gathered of the energy to get there walking and I had to buy food and toilet paper so I went to the grocery I put all of the prescription drugs in my pocket. I didn't take a bag which I should've done. I don't know why I didn't take it. I'm so stupid. I had two full bags of groceries. I carried them with both hands. The toilet paper in front of me, I was carrying both hands full of groceries and then I went to the other convenience store to get milk and juice. I forgot to get milk and juice to the grocery by the time I got home, I realized that the hydromorphone the main major only effective painkiller for the serious pain that I have fell out of my pocket. No one is gonna fucking believe me everybody thinks I'm a junkie. No one is gonna help me I have serious pain coming up when this pill that I took at the pharmacy wears off. I have been bawling tears crying for an hour. No one's gonna return if we don't live in Canada anymore it's all foreign invasions. No one's gonna return it I know I lost my only comfort for the next few days. It's serious pain in my head and then my neck area when I don't have painkiller and it fell out of my fucking pocket because I didn't put it in the grocery bag when I bought groceries. I'm so fucking stupid. I'm so broken if anybody reads this and sees my name on the prescription model, please return it to me.
