turns out it was super sggressive and wrapped around my nerve so they had to cut all around the nerve to save it but they had to sacrifice my jugular vein on my right side because the cancer was almost going inside the vein. there was also the one lymphnode that was attacking me or something and it was also removed. yeah tirns out i couldve just up and died. but i didnt.
