​Jewish landlord hasn’t paid me back yet he owes me last months rent and damage deposit when I lived in129 Bannockburn Ave., some Jewish family lives there and they straight up stole my damage deposit and last months rent plus an overpayment from the ministry of housing I’m so stupid for having the ministry send them direct money so they got first and last twiceThen they just fucking stole it just refusing to return it to me refusing refusing my calls not answering my texts they’re just thieves and they pretend to be super religious like they’re all wearing costumes and stuff and there’s like 11 kids and then they’re all like wearing private school uniforms at home it’s just disgusting he stole my money and they were harassing me to the family needs a fucking reality check. That’s the kind of man that sees other people who are not jewish has some thing that they can steal money from some thing that is beneath them as something that isn’t as worthy as they are and that’s how he treated me that’s how they all treated me it was disgusting I had to get the fuck out of there do you know how many apartments I looked at I looked at around 20 I went around 20 viewings or some thing I’m not even kidding all throughout winter to that Police had no laundry and then the kids they were like obsessed with bothering me and spying on me they were constantly beside my door like sniffing around and listening it was horrifying they are fucking sick. Im sick, i can identify. These people were torturing me and making fun of me with their stomping one time one of the older kids commanded one of the younger kids stomp around the living / dining area all day. Unusual behaviour since i live below the living dining area i noticed that there was a practically deranged child excessively stomping for HOURS ON END which only lasted that one day. Obvious. They would sneak around my door and room wall snickering and playing and listening to figure out what i was doing. One time i sprayed one of my

colognes i made to ground myself as i was acutely aware of two girls right beside my door listening to any sound i would make, and they smelled the cologne and remarked on it. Rude these people were fucking crazy none of them had anything to do but spy on me all day everyday. There were 11 children god knows what the fuck the parents  do. Well we know what they do. But like what they do for money. Apparently since they have not returned my deposit they dont do anything for money and only lay this basement apartment as a trap for the public to ptfall into.

Laundry there was none it also had a broken kitchen window you should’ve seen the kitchen before Patrice painted it holy shit it had all of those oil drips from no exhaust everywhere especially around the stove and there was a huge gross bubbly broken water damaged ceiling right beside the air vent which was conveniently located above the stove can you imagine how disgusting that is anyway The air vents were closed because noise it’s very noisy if you open the heat and air vent you can hear everything that people are saying upstairs and every sound they make really loudly like little speakers on your ceiling so we kept those closed, we had to there’s 11 children. unfortunately the broken window in the kitchen didn’t make for a cosy and warm home but patrices paint job did holy fuck painted the kitchen this Elmo blue/ cookie monster blue sorry I think it was Kookie Mohnsterr that was blue but more like with a gray mixed in like a light very very pale gray mixed in like really nice like almost powdery but a nice blue really beautiful and we don’t have it anymore it was like high quality paint thats why patrice was able to paint the ceiling that colour and cover up the broken water damaged vent area. He also added a drop of about 6 inches because it is a high ceiling, high for a basement. He also painted the rest of the entire kitchen and one wall and panel of the entry room. And they stole my damage depost, $1300 i detail cleaned the venetian blinds that had black mold on them, i detail cleaned the sliding bathtub doors and got rid of the black mold creeping in from the wall of the bathroom. I cleaned the walls of the choke inducing miserable dingey bedroom and restored it. I donated CURTAINS like nice pieces of sheer fabric and one actual curtain they had given me one was a sweater, a thick cable knit chunky cream coloured sweater shalwl that was stained miserably with briwn shit and debris from the window they left open, no curtain, and no curtain. Those were the windo treatments i was given and i returned a long chiffon curtain for the bedroom- white, and a nice piece of sheer fabric for the bathroom, also white. And they stole my damage geposit for that? Who the fuck are these people???????????????
