check em out! in my etsy shop for 2$ a pair or 3 pairs for 5$
ive made lots more :) ladybugs and birds- earlier went to the art supply store and got special glue for plastic and metal- and i also checked to see if they had shrink plastic- and they did! simes and i had fun making some test runs:

we wanted to see how big you could make it- this one is my fave, i traced an old dick and jane book and used pantone markers.

Oh yeah! I love that stuff my neice and I made some necklaces one day. Whenver I decide to expand my shop I'm going to put some up. Yours are amazing, you are a true artist deary!
ReplyDeletemmmm...pantone markers...if only i had about $70 extra dollars i could have all the pantone markers i'd like...it would be marker bliss, for sure.
ReplyDeletei got my order yesterday! your packaging is very sweet, it made me smile.
thanks gina! shrinky dinks rule! im still trying to work it out via pricing- making one little piece takes forever- after the sanding, the accurate drawing, the baking, the nail polishing. whew!
ReplyDeletehi erin! thats so cool you liked it :)
- yea the pantones are simons when he was still doing lots of computer design :P they are pretty expensie ey? haha!
ive made the cutest earrings now... i hope to post pics soon...
I know, it takes way too long to draw and then it's so ironic cuz it curls up in the oven in mere nanoseconds. You coat with nailpolish? That must be for protection (or shine?), do you use a top coat or something?
